Q: How long after we place our order do we have to wait to receive our images?
A: Depending on the demand, it is 48-72hours. Never longer.
Q: Do we get to preview our images and make any revisions?
A: I will email your temporary images for approval. You are allowed to make 1 revision; then the final images will be sent.
Q: When we receive our images, do we receive the Photoshop PSD file as well?
A: No. The PSD files remain the sole property of NHWebmasters.
Q: What about ebook or other images; do we have to provide those?
A: Yes. Upon receipt of your product image, we will resize it for your graphics ad and the image you sent us will be deleted from our server.
Also, if ordering an ad such as the one below that offers a list of features and an image, we need to know what text you want included in the list and we will need an image of your product and your domain name for the header.
